The photos posted on www.pics-n-rolls.com are the property of Tom Scruggs. They are intended to help build the fun, spirit, and support for the youth of Fairborn.

While all ownership rights are reserved, I do want to make these pictures available to players, parents, family members, teachers, administrators, school publications, and news organizations.

Any picture on the website may be viewed or printed for personal use provided that the watermark, "www.pics-n-rolls.com" remains intact. Print this page as authorization for your photo lab.
Note: I may have to change this policy or the placement of the watermark as I'm finding many occurrences of photos being used with the watermark cut off.

For publications of official school business (school newspaper, yearbook, video), you may use any photo as is, or you may request a higher quality file, without watermark logo, at no charge, by contacting me. The only condition is that you let me know which photos you will be using and for what publication. A complimentary copy of that publication would be appreciated. Publication of photos may not be used without prior notice and consent!

For-profit organizations such as newspapers, magazines, etc., should contact me for use of photographs. Publication of photos may not be used without prior notice and consent!
